1. Deliverable area
We ship to the following countries/regions: the United States
Please Note: The United States delivery areas don’t include Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii State, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI).
2. delivery time
The order's delivery time is divided into two parts:
(1) Order processing time
Approximately 2-5 business days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when we process the order to the delivery service. Generally, orders ship within 3-5 working days after order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends or holidays might experience delays. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
(2) Shipping time
Approximately 3-14 business days. Delivery time may delayed due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will check the situation with the transportation company on time. Thanks for your understanding.
3. Change address
Once the package is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
4. Cancel Order
All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure. However, for orders already in transit or have been processed, we are sorry that we can not cancel these orders.
5. Items missing
We apologize if an order gets stuck at customs, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process! Please tell us if you rather like a refund or a replacement for your order.
6. Items damaged
If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
7. About Tax
There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare.
If you receive a tax notice, you are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties and excise duties. But we are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.
